Hey Girls,
Man this week has been INTENSE. Breathe. But all that walking and hustling and bustling is having a fabulous effect on my physique! So I had to strut my stuff in one of my Max Studio dresses.
I like this dress, but there were a few things that helped me piece everything together. My Maidenform body shaper. Now I have one that's convertible. What does that mean. Essentially it has removable straps. So I can wear it as a strapless piece, or if I need more support, I wear it with the straps. Now really and truly this piece is a half slip, with a built in pantie for that seamless look. When I'm looking to have that smooth look, and flatter stomach, I usually pull the slip up, right below my breast, and wear the straps. But truth be told, for my figure this is how I generally wear this slip. I personally feel that it awkwardly bunches up, when I wear it from my waist or hips. But you do what feels right to you.
Now, truth be told I actually wore my boots with this look. I was going Prom dress shopping with my sister. So although the White heels were SUPER cute. I had no one to impress. For sure for a date... I'm saving the heels, and a short dress/ skirt (wink).

The great thing I do love about this dress is its versatility. It's an awesome burnt orange, which really is a fall color. But add a colorful bag, and some white sandals or peep toes in my case, and its perfect for spring. You can also spruce it up with a Blazer or cardigan, to get a more polished look. My cozy sweater up there is courtesy of my home girl by the way. (Got to love friends)
